Nymba is provided as a general wellness and baby sleep support app for parents and caregivers. By using Nymba, you agree to use the app responsibly and only for its intended support features.

Not a Medical Device

Nymba is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition. It is not a replacement for direct adult supervision, emergency response, or professional medical advice.

Monitoring and Alerts

Cry alerts and sound analysis are supportive features only. They may not detect every cry or sound. Always check on your baby directly when needed.

Subscriptions

Nymba may offer Premium features through Apple in-app purchases. Subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple according to Apple’s terms.

Changes

We may improve, update, add, remove, or change app features over time.
